Summary
Would you like more flexibility in defining when and how invoices and monthly statements are sent to your customers? How about having better tools to diagnose email delivery issues?
Join us to learn more about the next generation of Document Delivery during a live webinar presented by the Procede product team on May 18th. Live attendees will have a chance to win free email template customization.
The new version of Document Delivery is loaded with many enhancements that provide additional options and facilitate identifying any potential issues with sending invoices.
Highlights of the new release include:
- Faster Login: Document Delivery v2.0 runs inside Excede using the Chromium browser with no need to log in separately as the application uses standard Excede credentials.
- Streamlined Administration: It's much easier to manage customer contacts as this version eliminates the requirement to log in as a customer to set up customer emails.
- More Customization: Each branch can have its own email templates to support different addresses and phone numbers. Plus, you now have the ability to add the customer name in the email body and the customer ID in the email subject line.
- Advanced Scheduling: You can define multiple invoice delivery schedules so that different customer contacts can receive invoices when it works best for them.
- Fax Support: There is now an option to print or send invoice PDFs to a fax number (using an online email-based fax service) for a specific customer contact. Creating two entries for a contact can both send email invoices and print or send the invoice as a fax.
- Enhanced Visibility: A new view will show all emails that have been sent to each contact by customer. This includes the ability to read the email that was sent and see basic errors. It also allows you to easily resend a failed email.
